What happens when a video-game-loving comedian is thrown into the toughest game of all at Level 4? The answer is Cancer Culture, a show talking about one of the funniest things out there: Cancer… In 2021, Jerry Rocha was having his breakthrough moment in the stand-up comedy world. Gabriel Iglesias had helped Jerry produce his first one-hour special “The Gentleman Jerry Rocha” which aired on Netflix. He had a top-selling comedy album on iTunes. He was a semi-finalist on “Last Comic Standing,” and made appearances on “Comedy Central” and “Conan.” Then, something happened. Jerry was diagnosed with stage four colorectal cancer. Over the past two years, Jerry has battled the disease he and countless others face, using the power of humor to face adversity. He shares his unique perspective with audiences in an unforgettable hour of comedy, tragedy, and hope.

JERRY ROCHA is one of the most brutally honest comedians in the industry today. His tell-it-like-it-is, no-holds-barred comedy grabs the attention of anyone who hears him. This Dallas, Texas native has been paying his dues since he was a teen, performing all over the country. With his ability to find humor in every subject, including himself, Jerry proves that he is truly one of the funniest comics out there. Now based in L.A., Jerry was a semi-finalist on the seventh season of NBC’s “Last Comic Standing,” appeared in NUVO’s “Stand Up and Deliver,” was featured on SiTV, and killed it at the Latino Laugh Festival. He appeared on “Conan” and “Stand-Up Revolution” on Comedy Central. He has released a hot top-selling comedy album on iTunes called “Take That, Real Dad,” a follow up album “Pickle Dick,” a third album “Ay Girl,” and even starred in a half-hour documentary “American Journeys” that appeared on the Travel Channel. Fellow comedian Gabriel Iglesias helped Jerry produce his first one-hour special “The Gentleman Jerry Rocha” which airs on Netflix. WEBSITE: www.jerryrochacomedy.com
