Live Baltimore's Trolley Tour is for buyers at ALL stages of the homebuying process. You do not need to be buying a home soon to benefit from this free, in-person informative event.

At Trolley Tour, you'll:

• Attend expert-led workshops on the homebuying process
• Connect with real estate professionals and community organizations in the City Living Fair
• Explore 10+ Southeast Baltimore neighborhoods on a narrated bus tour
• AND become eligible for $5,000 toward the purchase of a home anywhere in Baltimore City!*

*Your attendance at Trolley Tour qualifies you to apply for the $5,000 Buying Into Baltimore down payment and closing cost assistance incentive. Attendees can apply for the incentive from Monday, Feb. 9, through Feb. 25. Twenty homebuyers will be selected from a pool of eligible applicants on February 27, 2026, via a lottery process.
