The Fall 2026 Trolley Tour features neighborhoods in Central Baltimore City!

Live Baltimore's Trolley Tour is for buyers at ALL stages of the homebuying process. You do not need to be buying a home soon to benefit from this free, in-person informative event.

At Trolley Tour, you'll:

• Attend expert-led workshops on the homebuying process
• Connect with real estate professionals and community organizations in the City Living Fair
• Explore 10+ Northwest Baltimore neighborhoods on a narrated bus tour
• AND become eligible to apply for $5,000 toward the purchase of a home anywhere in Baltimore City!*

Attendees can apply for the incentive from Monday, October 5, through October 21. Twenty homebuyers will be selected from a pool of eligible applicants on October 23, 2026, via a lottery process.
