Live at the Birthplace: Silas Caldwell
About this Event
Raised in Tupelo just steps from the Birthplace, Silas grew up surrounded by the music of North Mississippi. His father, bassist Tony Caldwell, played alongside members of the legendary Burnside and Kimbrough families, giving Silas an early connection to the Hill Country blues tradition that continues to influence his music today.
Named an “Artist to Watch” by Relix Magazine, Silas has toured across the country, performed at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium and Bluebird Cafe, appeared at CMA Fest with Mason Ramsey, and is a Fender-endorsed artist.
On October 15, Silas comes back to the neighborhood where his own story began for an intimate live performance at the Elvis Presley Birthplace.
With limited seating and an up-close setting, Live at the Birthplace offers the chance to experience an incredible young Mississippi artist in a place built around the idea that every legend starts somewhere.
