"Liv displays a powerful yet nostalgic vulnerability in every soulful word of her original compositions. Chicago native, Liv began her musical career in the symphony orchestra, earning her master's degree in music from DePaul University School of Music in Chicago. However, soul, blues, reggae and the music of New Orleans have been in her heart from an ealy age. In 2017 Liv left the symphony orchestra to persue writing and performing the music in her heart and has never looked back. She often performs solo or with her duo/band called Sticky Gumbo. Sticky Gumbo music can be found on all streaming platforms and YouTube." -
