Get ready for the return of ‘LIVE at Asante,’ a free, outdoor concert series that combines live music, arts activities and a look at America's rich cultural history. ‘LIVE at Asante - America’s Musical Roots’ is part of the City of Surprise's year-long celebration leading up to America's 250th anniversary in 2026. Each performance will highlight a different genre, offering a brief history of its importance in American music. You can find more information and other programs and events happening throughout the year to mark our 250th year of independence at surpriseaz.gov/America250. ‘LIVE at Asante’ is every third Thursday of the month from 6 - 8 p.m., beginning September 2025 through May 2026, at Asante Library, located at 16755 W. Vereda Solana Dr.

• October 16 | Country-Pop | Anjanette Indelicato (opener) and Rhonda Jo and Shawn Royer (headliner)
• November 20 | Singer/Songwriter | Abby Walker (opener) and Kenyon France Duo (headliner)
• December 18 | Acoustic Indie Folk | Jerry Scarsbrook (opener) and Jacobe Reinartz Duo (headliner)
• January 15 | Country Roots | JT Sheets (opener) and Cole Clark Duo (headliner)
• February 19 | Bluegrass/Rock | Zach Johnson (opener) and George & Georgia (headliner)
• March 19 | Classic Jazz | Carlos Huicochea (opener) and Glen and Clydene (headliner)
• April 16 | Modern American | Julia Gotto (opener) and 26 B4 40 (headliner)
• May 21 | Rock and Roll | Daniel Holideigh (opener) and Faultline (headliner)
