This all-levels gentle yoga flow will be accompanied by a live acoustic set from local artist Emily Moses McNatt, a Dover-based singer/songwriter who brings smooth indie vibes to pop favorites. Emily performs both covers and original music across the tri-state area and is excited to share this experience with our community.
We’ll move through a slow, grounding flow designed to help you soften, unwind, and connect- paired with the calming, immersive energy of live music.
