Little Sprouts Family Yoga at SharkBay Play Space

Join Root to Bloom Wellness for a playful and heart-centered morning of movement, mindfulness, and connection at SharkBay Playspace!

This Little Sprouts Family Yoga class is specially designed for children ages 2–6 and their grownups to move, stretch, play, and breathe together in a fun and supportive environment. Through imaginative movement, beginner-friendly yoga poses, mindfulness activities, music, and playful connection, little ones will build confidence, body awareness, emotional regulation skills, and creativity — all while having FUN.

This class is not about perfection or sitting still. Wiggles, giggles, curiosity, and movement are all welcome here. 🌿

Led by Stephanie of Root to Bloom Wellness, this gentle family-centered experience encourages bonding, mindfulness, and joyful movement in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
