Get your final long run in before the NYRR Brooklyn Half — supported, social, and designed to help you peak with confidence. This 14‑mile route (with optional shorter or longer versions) includes everything you need for a strong training day: baggage check, fluid stations, gels, and pace‑based groups.

This is the last long supported run before the Brooklyn Half. Instead of doing it alone, join the Flyers: we show up for every mile.

• Fluid stations at the start/finish + mile 4.5 + mile 9.5
• Water, Gatorade, and gels
• Baggage check at Fleet Feet Columbus Circle (8:00 AM–12:00 PM)
• Pace‑based groups from 8:00 to 12:00 min/mile
• A friendly, no‑pressure environment with runners of all levels
