Suitable for children aged 5-8, the session will be delivered in an age appropriate way to your child and includes lots of practical for them to do.

Classes are taught by instructors that hold an enhanced DBS certificate.
You are welcome to stay in the session with your child or grab a coffee from The Loft / visit Workhouse Gym outside. We ask that you remain on site for the duration of the class.
