Get ready to move, play, and pretend in Little Leaves—a high-energy fall yoga adventure made just for kids ages 3-8!
We'll stomp like squirrels, twist like trees, and flap like flying crows as we explore the changing season through movement, music, and imagination.
Each class is packed with silly poses, playful breathing, fun fall stories, and calming moments to help littles feel happy, strong, and centered. It's a perfect blend of wiggles, giggles & mindful play.
Materials Needed: Each participant is asked to bring a yoga mat.
