🚂 Little Historians: All Aboard for Train Day! (A Pre-K Adventure)
Got a preschooler who loves things that go? Clear your track for a special session of our Little Historians series designed just for pre-kindergarten students!
We’re exploring the "iron horses" of the past and discovering how trains helped shape our region. Little learners will get hands-on with real artifacts from our education collection and enjoy plenty of conductor-led activities.
What your little engineer will experience: 📖 Interactive Storytime: A railway-themed book that brings early travel history to life. 💨 Movement: A lively “train in motion” activity to help little ones burn off some steam. 🎨 Creative Craft: A train-related project for students to build and take home!
📍 Note: We are gathering at the historic Steele General Store on the museum grounds. Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled before we leave the station!
