And who better to teach the art of making authentic Italian pasta than the Nonnas themselves!
Our young chefs will roll up their sleeves, get stuck into mixing and kneading the dough and discover the secrets of making pasta from scratch, with Louisa and the Nonnas sharing their treasured family techniques, culinary knowledge and plenty of encouragement along the way.
