Growing up comes with so many changes, and sometimes, so many questions! 💕
Why is my body changing? Why do friendships suddenly feel complicated? Is it normal to have a crush? How do I become more confident in who I am?
These are some of the conversations we'll be having at **Little Girl Big Girl**, a 3-day interactive programme designed for girls aged 9–12.
Through age-appropriate conversations, fun activities, games and shared experiences, we'll help the girls better understand their changing bodies, navigate relationships and grow in confidence.
And yes, there will be snacks too! 😊
I'll be personally facilitating the sessions, drawing on my experience as a clinical psychologist working with adolescents and families.
