Blake Planetarium at Plymouth Community Intermediate School, 117 Long Pond Road, Plymouth MA 02360 | Plymouth, MA
Join us at the Blake Planetarium for a delightful introduction to space designed especially for our youngest astronomers and their families.
Our feature presentation, One World, One Sky – Big Bird’s Adventure, invites children to explore the night sky alongside Big Bird, Elmo, and their friend Hu Hu Zhu from China. Through this gentle, engaging planetarium experience featuring beloved Sesame Street characters, young viewers will learn about the Big Dipper, the North Star, the Sun, and the Moon, while discovering that people all around the world share the same sky.
We’ll also screen Larry Cat in Space, a playful and imaginative cartoon about an inquisitive cat who takes a trip to the Moon. This short, lighthearted show encourages curiosity and wonder, making it a perfect companion for first-time planetarium visitors.
TICKETS ARE SOLD ONLINE ONLY. NO TICKETS WILL BE SOLD AT THE DOOR. Visit tinyurl.com/blakeplan to purchase tickets.
Please note that we are a ticketless venue. When you buy your ticket online, you are immediately added to our attendee list, no need to print anything or present an e-ticket. Just check in on show night with your name and a smile.
All ages welcome.
Parking is free.
Food and drink are not allowed in the planetarium.
