A fun, educational three-day nature-based camp for kids who love to explore the outdoors!
Join us for a 3-day adventure at our 4th annual Little Bugs Club Winter Camp, designed for kids ages 6-12!
This fun & educational nature-based camp invites children to explore the wonders of the winter season in a Florida setting. From learning about winter animals to discovering the secrets of winter gardening & the history of garden Gnomes, campers will enjoy a variety of creative crafts, outdoor activities, and a hands-on workshop from Seaside Succulent.
Dates are Thursday, January 2nd through Saturday, January 4th, from 10 AM to 3 PM each day.
Camp Highlights:
-Winter Wildlife: Discover how animals in colder climates adapt to winter and learn about Florida’s wildlife during the cooler months, including how they survive without snow!
-Winter Gardening Fun: Learn about plants that grow well in Florida’s winter season, including cool-weather vegetables and flowers.
-Animal Tracking & Exploration: Learn how to identify animal tracks and signs. Kids will use their newfound knowledge to create their own animal tracking maps.
-Tropical Winter Garden Gnome Workshop – Create your own mini succulent Garden Gnome to take home.
-End-of-Camp Ice Cream Treat from Mad Utter: Celebrate the fun and learning with a sweet scoop of ice cream from Mad Utter, the perfect way to wrap up our winter adventure!
*This camp is geared towards young explorers ages 6-12. Tickets cost $150 with a $15 discount available for siblings.
**Camp registration fee includes the following: camp t-shirt, all activities & crafts, a workshop hosted by The Seaside Succulent , and an end-of-camp celebration scoop of Ice Cream from Mad Utter Wonderland!
***Activities will run from 10 am-3 pm, Thursday through Saturday. Campers should plan to bring a healthy lunch and water bottle each day.
