We’re so excited to welcome a new group of Little Aerial Ninjas starting next week!Our kids’ aerial programme offers so much more than just fun (although there’s plenty of that too!).
Through these classes, children will:
Build full-body strength and improve balance, flexibility, and coordination
Boost their confidence by mastering new skills and overcoming challenges in a safe, supportive environment
Enhance body awareness and develop resilience as they learn to trust their own capabilities
Foster creativity through movement and playful exploration in the air
Experience mindfulness and emotional regulation as they focus, breathe, and stay present while moving
Make new friendships and feel a sense of belonging and accomplishment
Whether your child is adventurous or a little more reserved, aerial can help unlock inner confidence and a true love of movement.
