A sober, high-vibe holiday dance party + community fundraiser

Join us for a powerful evening where we come together to dance, connect, celebrate, and support an important cause. all in a safe, sober environment designed for people who want to enjoy the holidays without alcohol, pressure, or overstimulation.

This year, we’re combining purpose + play with a fundraiser AND a holiday giveaway experience you don’t want to miss!

This event is by donation.
All profits will be going directly to the Downtown Eastside Women’s Shelter in Vancouver. ❤️

Here’s how the giveaway works:

✨ Donate $30 or more → Receive a guaranteed mystery gift
We’ve partnered with incredible local service providers and Vancouver-based businesses who have generously contributed gifts valued between $100–$500.

Everyone who donates $30+ will receive a secret mystery gift ... guaranteed.

✨ Donate less than $30 → You can still attend
You’re absolutely welcome to join us for the dance party, but you will not be eligible to receive the mystery gift.

Once you sign up, you’ll be invited to submit 1–2 of your favourite holiday dance-party songs.
We’re creating a collaborative playlist so the music reflects all of us and the energy we’re bringing into the night. 🎶🎄

This is not a come-late event , please arrive on time so you can experience the full energy, intention, and flow of the night. ✨

Venue: The Beaumont Studios, 316 East 5th Ave (NOTE enter in the door under the beaumont sign on 5th Ave, not alberta street)

Parking: Free street parking is available

Time: 6:30-10:00pm

Doors Open: 6:30pm

Doors Close: 7:15pm (please arrive on time so you can come into the space with everyone as we create a sacred container and special experience together)

PLEASE NOTE: This is NOT an event you can come late to, this is an immersive experience

Note: If you are in a financially tight place and would still like to attend reach out to me and you can either volunteer or help out in some way

• Bring a water bottle to reduce waste
• Wear whatever you want that makes you feel comfortable and good in
• The space is drug free, substance free, alcohol free, judgement free and everyone is expected to be respectful of themselves and others
• Hugging and physical contact will be encouraged BUT if you are not comfortable with that you do not have to participate
• Please share the space and be mindful of peoples personal boundaries, check in and ask for permission before hugging or touching other people
• Intentional and mindful use of the phone is encouraged, for the most part being fully present will allow you to have an elevated experience

The LIT Rave is the new movement around bringing more health and wellness to the party scene. Through combining basic human physiology and raving to help people experience elevated states and get high off life, while sober.

The movement is rooted in increasing human connection, play and how we interact with each other on the dance floor. While reducing reliance on substances, disconnection and feeling isolated or alone when partying.

Getting LIT is the action of creating positive releases of neurotransmitters like dopamine, serotonin and oxytocin while you are raving/dancing/partying to allow you to feel high naturally and promote wellbeing and connection.
