About your host:
Stephanie Lynn Brown is a licensed and trauma informed somatic bodyworker, craniosacral therapist, certified practitioner in Arvigo® Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy, trained in Tu'lix Indigenous Arts, and is a sacred womb healer with over 20 years experience in hands-on healing. She has a bachelor's degree in psychology and holds various certifications in numerous modalities which help release trapped energy and emotions from the body. She has been training in ceremonial arts for close to 2 decades, and is passionate about helping folks with a history of trauma, chronic pain, and illness live fulfilling lives through somatic embodiment, neurological retraining, and Tantric practices.
