Listening to the Seasons: Gamcho Sound Event

This intimate event supports the body during the coldest time of year, with a focus on nourishing the kidney and liver, restoring energy, and cultivating deep rest. Guided by Korean acupuncture and seasonal wisdom, the evening centers warmth, stillness, and gentle preparation for the transition into spring (which begins February 4).

Participants will receive individualized ear seeding, followed by a 45-minute sound bath meditation designed to calm the nervous system and encourage restoration. Infrared light will be used to support warmth and relaxation. Seasonal tea will be served after the sound bath to help gently reawaken the body and support nourishment from within.

Mild, optional movement and guided settling may be offered. This gathering is intentionally slow, quiet, and restorative.

Attendance is limited to 7 participants to create a personalized and supportive experience.
$80 per person.

Please arrive between 5:30–5:45 PM, as the building and elevator close at 6:00 PM. Late entry will not be possible.

Pregnancy & Sensitivity Notes

• This event is generally gentle and restorative, but if you are pregnant, highly sensitive to sound, light, or touch, or have specific health concerns, please consider your comfort and consult your care provider if needed.
• Ear seeding is optional and can be modified or skipped.
• Sound levels are intended to be soothing, but you are welcome to bring earplugs or step out if needed.
• Infrared light will be present; please let the facilitator know if you prefer reduced exposure.

• Participants are welcome to change positions, sit upright, or step out at any time.
