Come by to eat some delicious food with your community, then settle in for a spoken word performance by acclaimed poet Chanel Briggs, a short film entitled “talking to humans about the end of the world”, filmed over the summer of 2024 on Epikwitk/PEI by filmmaker Millefiore Clarkes, and a rousing spontaneous choir experience led by musician and choir director Al Kelly (all voices welcome).
No answers or solutions required, just a get together to connect and process through food, poetry, film and song.
Doors open at 5pm.
Food from 5-6pm.
Performances begin at 6pm.
All ages.
