Listening Space with Anshima @Waterside

This event is an exclusive listening space where you speak and we listen. It’s a space to unload your emotional burdens, feel heard, be seen and understood. You leave the space knowing you are not alone in this.

Anshima is known to have healed her own trauma from her matrilineal lineage of victims and a patrilineal lineage of abusers or perpetrators over a period of 15 years. She now chooses to serve people through her mental health initiative, Commit To Self and an education initiative for underprivileged children, Akshar India Fellowship.

Shes a trained hypnotherapist, past life regression therapist from the EKAA Institute, Mumbai and a counsellor trained from the Indian Institute of Counselling, Delhi. She is a student of the year long professional training in Compassionate Inquiry approach developed by Dr Gabor Mate and Sat Dharam Kaur. Her therapists and guides are trained in Compassionate Inquiry, Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems and Family Constellations Therapy. Her mental health initiative Commit To Self has been able to help people heal complex mental health issues and certain physical health issues.
