Dan Radin
Since moving to Austin, Texas in 2015, cellist Dan Radin has earned a reputation for being a go-to hired gun in the scene. He’s backed The Voice contestants, played in bands opening for Grammy/Tony winners, and performed at official SXSW showcases. This year, the cellist decided to reveal himself to the world as an equally-capable singer-songwriter with the release of his first solo album, “Romance for Antiheroes.”
Radin was introduced to cello lessons in 3rd grade through a school program, which subsequently thrust him into a comprehensive classical music education. While in college, Radin began to sit in with folk bands and singer-songwriters, learning to leverage his relative pitch to play by ear and improvise cello solos like a lead guitarist. He moved to Austin after graduation, where he’s since gigged aggressively (Radin estimates nearly 1000 performances). To fill any gaps in his schedule, Radin began side-hustling as a guitarist/singer.
Gradually becoming more comfortable with a frontman role, the cellist decided it was time to share his own original music with the world. Radin’s vision of cello-led acoustic rock prominently displays his singer-songwriter roots, garnering frequent comparisons to John Mayer and Dave Matthews. Radin’s debut solo album, “Romance for Antiheroes,” is a collection of songs documenting failed relationships; however, at its core, the album is a coming out party for a shy cellist who has begun to come into his own as a full-fledged artist.

Katrina Cain
Katrina Cain's music has been described as everything from Americana, to country, to pop. She is most well known for her standout performances on Season 15 of NBC's The Voice, beginning with her haunting arrangement of Fleetwood Mac's "Rhiannon". Her audition prompted Adam Levine to declare that she "should have been a four-chair turn" had half the teams not already filled.
Katrina’s music brings the listener on a journey that breaks the barriers of genre: sweet, soulful vocals and luscious dreamscapes, swinging between soul breaking singer-songwriter ballads, and pop country anthems. In her quietest moments, Katrina’s pop sensibilities make room for her authentic tales of Americana. Never one to skimp on lyric, Katrina's artful storytelling bears more of the human experience than just a heartbreak like the one before.
Based in Austin, Texas, Katrina is a full-time performer, songwriter, and studio vocalist working in Austin, Nashville, and LA. She has received notable press in Pop Sugar, Huffington Post, Paste Magazine, and radio stations across the country. Katrina was an official SXSW 2018 and 2019 performer, showcased at official Americanafest 2022 and 2023 events, and has opened for artists such as Raul Malo (of The Mavericks), Gary P. Nunn, Angel White, Bri Bagwell, The West Texas Exiles, Isaac Hoskins, Sarah Jaffe, and more. Her recent EP, “Gold” was released on April 5th, 2024. The lead single, “New Mercedes” received 2 million views on YouTube, with the EP garnering over 100,000 streams in just a month.
