Listening Hands - A Shiatsu Workshop

In this workshop, we’ll start with playful somatic explorations, then learn floor-based bodywork techniques (head & neck, shoulders, hips), and finish with a nourishing full-body sequence to both give and receive.

The focus is on softness, presence, and non-forcing — holding space and inviting meditative states. You’ll leave with practical techniques and more confidence to share mindful touch.

Perfect for yoga teachers, bodyworkers, caregivers, or anyone curious to explore touch as a language of connection and care.

The workshop will take place at Schliemannstraße 41 on Saturday the 22nd of November, from 10:00 to 17:00. You will receive all practical information a few days before the event.
