Join facilitator Yuna Lee for a healing and reflective workshop on how we listen, speak, and breathe through moments of tension or misunderstanding. Rooted in Nonviolent Communication, this experience blends self-reflection and group dialogue with conscious breathwork and sound bath to restore harmony in both voice and body.
Conscious breathwork is a guided, intentional breathing practice that helps release tension and open the heart. As you follow a rhythmic pattern of breath, deeper awareness and emotional ease naturally emerge.
The workshop includes 45 minutes of self-reflective journaling and discussion, followed by a breathwork journey and sound bath with crystal and Tibetan bowls, ocean drum, and grounding tones. A nurturing space to soften self-judgment, honor your truth, and find peace in how you listen and speak. No experience needed. Simply come as you are, ready to breathe and reconnect from the heart.
