🌿 Silent Ground — A Gathering in Stillness and Shared Inquiry
There is a space beneath our words where understanding begins.
When we meet in silence, something larger than any of us can start to speak — through us, among us, between us.
Silent Ground is an invitation to sit together in stillness and to listen.
Out of that listening, questions may arise — and from those questions, words may unfold. Some will come as answers, some as reflections, some perhaps only as silence again.
I will hold and guide the space, offering responses where they feel true. Yet this circle is not built around a single voice. It is an open field where insight may move through anyone who feels touched or inspired to share.
This is not a lecture, not a teaching — but a collective exploration of what becomes visible when we turn our attention inward and listen deeply.
Toward the end of the evening, we will gently shift from stillness into a somatic, nonverbal exploration. Through physical touch and a simple partner-based practice, participants are invited to meet each other in presence — without words, without goals — noticing what emerges in the body and in contact.
This practice is inspired by Primal Play: two people meeting within a small, clearly defined space, following sensation, impulse, and attunement. Participation is always optional, guided, and grounded in consent.
