LIR presents 8 artists who offer work created through the oldest form of printmaking. Relief prints are created by carving into a flat block (plate), usually wood or linoleum, inking the uncut surface and transferring the ink onto paper. The artists vary in their use of the technique, some work in single colors while others elaborate, using multiple plates, adding color or mixed media. Artists assembled for the exhibition by curator John Cino include;
