Liquid Grace Sensual Contemporary Dance Workshop w/ Meagan Vail

Shakti House OKC is excited to welcome Meagan Vail to our space for Liquid Grace, a 75-minute journey of embodied movement and self-expression.

Meagan brings a wealth of experience and passion to her teaching. She began her dance career training at Applause Studios in Moore, Oklahoma, where she studied a variety of styles, including hip-hop, jazz, tap, contemporary, ballet, and improvisation. A Westmoore Pom alum, she holds multiple State and National titles and has competed across the country.

After high school, Meagan deepened her training at Millennium Dance Complex in Las Vegas, learning from some of the industry's most respected choreographers. She has performed and competed nationwide, danced with the Oklahoma City Thunder’s O’City Crew, and shared her knowledge through teaching and choreography for various studios and pom squads throughout the OKC metro.

In Liquid Grace, Meagan invites you to explore the fluidity of movement as a powerful tool for self-connection. This all-levels class blends expressive contemporary choreography with the freedom to embody your unique sensuality, awakening confidence and deepening your connection with your body.
