L'association LAKME FLOW accueille à nouveau cette année la talentueuse Melli Sarina pour un stage intensif inédit de 3 jours pour apprendre le format de danse LIQUID FUSION de Melli LEVEL 2 !
Dans ce format, nous retrouvons toutes les bases du Fusion Bellydance Style enseignées dans le Level 1 auxquelles nous allons fusionner les concepts et les pathways inspirés du Hip Hop !
Soyez prêt.e.s votre cerveau va être sérieusement challengé !
Le level 2 invite les participants à développer leur propre style et créer leur signature artistique.
Melli détaillera pour nous son approche du mouvement afin de développer un flow continu !

A PROPOS DE MELLI
Au cours des 25 dernières années, Melli Sarina a pratiqué différents styles Bellydance jusqu'à découvrir et tomber amoureuse du Fusion Style Bellydance.
Dès lors, elle s'est formée à trois reprises au Mega Massive Academy professional track à Las Vegas et a obtenu une certification niveau 2 Dancecraft Keys of Spades de Zoe Jakes en 2017.
En tant qu'entraîneur diplômée post-partum, Melli inclut dans ses cours des exercices à visée thérapeutique afin de développer en toute sécurité un corps puissant et en bonne santé.
Depuis plusieurs années, Melli travaille assidûment sur son propre style inimitable. Elle est devenue une professeure mondialement reconnue et très demandée.

Level 1 was about how building up strong and juicy fusion bellydance basics and how to play with them within Melli's best dance combinaisons !
Level 2 is all about mixing your basics with Hip Hop dance concepts to create unreal textures and infinite flow that will blow your mind !
You will be guided by Melli to developp your own voice in the wave ! You will be seriously challenged and your mind will discover and explore an ocean of possibilities ! a life-time experience !
As always, you will learn effective science-based warm up and dance conditionning exercices, to feel strong and dance for many years to come - OH yeah !!!

Timing :
friday 7th march --> 5.30pm / 9pm
saturday 8th march--> 10am / 1pm - 2pm / 4.5pm + HAFLA at 6.5pm
sunday 9th march --> 10am / 1pm - 2pm /4pm

ABOUT MELLI SARINA :
Over the past 23 years Melli Sarina has performed different styles of bellydance, until
discovering and falling in love with Fusion Style bellydance. Since then she attended the
Mega Massive Academy professional track in Las Vegas 3-times already and successfully
passed the Level 2 Dancecraft: Key of Spades education with Zoe Jakes in 2017. As a
postpartum fitness instructor she adds into her classes therapeutical exercises to find the best
ways to become a healthy and strong dancer. While diving even deeper into developing her
famous liquid fusion style she is for years now a highly demanded teacher worldwide.
