A restorative and relaxing sound bath on water! Let your cares drift away while you float on the calming water, bathed in the beautiful sounds of the restorative singing bowls and gongs.
The team will board you onto your floating mattress - don't worry, it's very smooth and quick. There isn't an elegant way to do it, but you're on before you know it and bobbing around the pool in weightless heaven.
We start with some guided breathing and meditation before the beautiful sounds start - bringing deep relaxation and mental relief as well as the physical delight of floating.
At the end of the session the team will help you to get off of your mattress and leave the session.
