The Lions Premier League 2026 is set to become the flagship event of the SLSC calendar — a high-energy, franchise-style T20 tournament inspired by the biggest leagues, but grounded in club pride, community, and competition.Six franchises. Six owners. One champion.
This tournament brings together the best of our club — past, present, and emerging talent — in a format designed to entertain, challenge, and elevate Lions cricket to the next level.

• 6 franchise teams
• T20 format
• Each team must field a minimum of 8 SLSC players, with up to 3 contracted non-club players
• Played in a festival-style atmosphere with crowds, food, energy, and atmosphere

Each franchise will be led by an owner who builds their squad through the Lions Premier League Auction.

Each team is owned by an individual or group for $500, which includes:
• $250 franchise ownership fee
• $250 in auction credits to recruit players
