The Gloria Faye Dingus Music Alliance is proud to welcome local blues legend and 2026 Wammie Award winner Linwood Taylor back to the Drum & Strum Listening Room on Saturday, August 29th at 7:00 PM. Fresh off winning Best Blues Artist and Best Blues Album, Linwood returns with Steve Wolf and Joe Wells for an intimate evening of high-energy, rockin' blues. A veteran guitarist who has shared the stage with artists including Albert King, Joe Louis Walker, Devon Allman, and Tommy Castro, Linwood is widely recognized as one of the Washington, DC area's premier blues musicians. Tickets are $25, seating is limited, and children 12 and under are admitted free with a parent or guardian. All proceeds benefit The Gloria Faye Dingus Music Alliance, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to making the world a better place through music.
