Linklater Reserve parkrun

Linklater Reserve parkrun starts here. Saturday 24 October, 8:00am, we're lacing up for our very first run -- two easy laps of 2.5km on compact trail through open grassland and native plantings, with the Tararua Range keeping an eye on things in the distance. It's free, it's timed, and it's built for everyone -- walk it, jog it, run it, bring the dog (on a short lead for the run itself, off lead once you're done). Along the way you'll pass a swing bridge, a genuine Cessna 421, and a flying fox, none of which we're responsible for explaining to the kids.
Park at the main entrance or the top car park off Roberts Line. There are toilets and a BYO BBQ area on site (bring your own snags, we won't judge your choice of sauce). No time trial pressure, no fuss, just a Saturday morning outside with your neighbours.
See you at the starting gate.
