Since 2019, through Palgrave Consulting, he has worked with a wide variety of businesses – from financial and professional services firms to tech startups, manufacturers, and family-run companies – helping them to unlock growth, improve cash flow, and increase profits while giving business leaders more control and balance in their lives. Rohit is also a recognised mentor for the UK Government’s Help to Grow: Management programme, supporting business leaders on their growth journeys.
