Ray is a futurist, passionate about helping individuals, entrepreneurs, and organizations understand and develop the skills necessary to survive and thrive in the emerging turbulent marketplace. He is the founder of Lighthouse Force and an expert in innovation, design thinking, artificial intelligence, professional ethics, and professional development.

Ray offers keynotes and training based on more than 20 years as a senior engineering manager in the business, commerce and telecom industries at AT&T Bell Laboratories, Lucent Technologies, IBM and Citizens Bank. He earned his master’s degree in computer science from The Ohio State University and a Project Management Professional (PMP®) certificate from the Project Management Institute. Ray is a member of the National Speaker’s Association and holds a Competent Communicator certificate from Toastmasters International.
