Calling all writers, poets, storytellers, and spoken word artists!
Celebrate the beauty of language, storytelling, and self-expression at Lingua: A Celebration of Language & Expression—a multilingual open mic featuring poetry, prose, spoken word, and personal writing shared in the languages closest to our hearts.
We invite participants of all ages to share original or meaningful works in their mother tongue or any language that reflects their identity, culture, and experiences.
If you love creative writing and would like to share your work, register to participate in this special event as part of Ontario Culture Days.

Location: Queen Elizabeth Park Community and Cultural Centre, 2302 Bridge Road, Oakville
