Winter Trench Camp is the perfect way to keep student-athletes engaged, active, and focused while they’re out of school for the week. Along with on-field trench work, we’ll be incorporating Balance Play mental health training designed to strengthen the mind and help athletes balance school, home, and sports. Athletes ages 8-12yrs old.
