Lindy Hop is an energetic and flowing dance that started way back in 1930's America and is still being danced by all ages now. The music ranges from Big Band to Big Hits of every decade of dance.
This workshop is for Beginners, or those a little rusty who need some practice.
We will introduce you to the footwork, the basic steps and how to lead and follow in this awe inspiring dance.
Lindy Hop for Beginners - Part 2 - the second workshop on Sun 1st December is a follow on from this one and will introduce new moves and technique on how to make your Lindy 'linger' and work with the music.
Costs are £7:50 per person, this is a partnered dance so if you are coming on your own send us a message and we will do our very best to pair you up.
What to wear? Be comfortable, wear layers to cool down and warm up and shoes that are flat and have little or no grip.
Refreshments will be provided but bring along a water bottle.
