Lincoln Park Coast Cultural District Invites you to its highly acclaimed JAZZY SOUL SERIES - Happy New Year Edition! Influenced by founding board member Amiri Baraka’s love of jazz, Lincoln Park Jazzy Soul Series program, introduces jazz infused live soul music to a new generation of music lovers. For the 6th year, the Lincoln Park Music Festival, drawing upon its Jazz heritage, will produce the Jazzy Soul Series, a cabaret-style series of live music events.

GLENN JONES is a Grammy-nominated vocalist, producer, and beloved balladeer whose soulful hits have touched audiences worldwide. Known for classics like “Here I Go Again,” “We’ve Only Just Begun (The Romance Is Not Over),” “Baby Come Home,” “Show Me,” “I’ve Been Searching,” and “I Wonder Why,” Jones remains one of the most in-demand live performers in R&B. His independent label Talent Room Entertainment & Publishing, Inc. launched with the single “Love By Design” featuring Regina Belle, which became the #1 Most Added Smooth Jazz Vocal Record in the Nation. His current Love By Design EP includes the single “Trust In Me” featuring Genobia Jeter, along with the upbeat tracks “Cook-Out” and “Family Time,” co-written and produced by Chuckii Booker. Jones has shared the stage with legends including Dionne Warwick and Aretha Franklin, and continues to inspire through his nonprofit, The Love Jones Foundation, honoring his mother and supporting youth education and music therapy for seniors.
