Join us for an intentional evening of Limpias and Sound Healing.
This gathering is an invitation to pause, release, and reconnect with the energy of renewal. Inspired by the day of Tochtli in the Mexica calendar, associated with joy, abundance, and vitality. This evening focuses on restoring emotional flow, creativity, and balance.
We are also within the seasonal cycle of Tlacaxipehualiztli, guided by Xipe Totec, a time that invites us to gently shed what no longer serves us and welcome new growth.
The evening begins with copal limpias, a traditional smoke cleansing used to clear stagnant energy and refresh the spirit. This will be followed by a sound bath, where the vibrations of crystal and Tibetan bowls, gong, and other instruments help guide the body into deep relaxation while supporting energetic balance and emotional release.
A tea blend curated specifically for this gathering and its intention will be served to support grounding and reflection. After receiving a limpia, there will be time to complete a reflection worksheet designed to complement the evening’s intention, offering space to set intentions before the sound journey begins. Oracle cards will also be available for personal guidance and insight.

The sound bath will begin with grounding tones and flow into crystal sound bowls, Tibetan bowls, drum, and gong. These sounds are offered as intentional care, supporting deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and energetic release.
This is a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free space. All are invited exactly as they are.
