How to Redeem Your Limited Edition 100 Year Golden Replica Game Ball by Spalding® To pick up your exclusive game ball, visit the Harlem Globetrotters Merchandise Stand located inside the venue on game day. Pick-up is only available during pre-game, half-time, or post-game. Ball MUST be picked up at the venue on the date of your ticketed event. No alternate pick-up dates, locations, nor shipping options are available. This purchase is NON TRANSFERABLE.

Wheelchair seating available in each corner (Portals 4 & 8). Wheelchair balconies are on the level where you enter the building. There are no permanent seats on the balcony, so any size chair/scooter will fit. We have padded folding chairs to sit beside the wheelchair for the companion(s). For some events wheelchair seating is also available on the floor, and must be an aisle seat. We have an elevator to go from concourse level to floor level. There are rare occasions due to production of an event that the elevator is not available. Please check with the venue before making your purchase.
Limited Mobility (Semi-Ambulatory) seating is available in row F, which is level with the concourse where you enter. There are no stairs to climb to access the seats in row F of sections 101-130. The seats in rows AA-E are down the stairs, and rows G-Z are up the stairs.
