About this Event
L.I.M.E. Symposium: Understanding & Unmasking Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder
For years, many women and individuals assigned female at birth have been told their symptoms were “normal,” “stress,” or “just part of life.” For some, those symptoms were actually signs of Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder, a serious and often misunderstood condition.
PMDD is a severe, hormone-related mood disorder that causes intense emotional and physical symptoms in the weeks before a menstrual cycle, often disrupting daily life, relationships, and overall well-being.
The L.I.M.E Symposium was created to change that story. This community event brings together professionals, advocates, and individuals with lived experience to talk openly about PMDD, share knowledge, and build a path toward more informed and compassionate care.
If you care about women’s mental health, support someone with cyclical mood challenges, or simply want to learn something that could change a life, this space was created with you in mind. Come be part of a conversation that centers understanding, empowerment, and real solutions.
