Join Rightfooted Foundation for Limb Different Airport Day at EAA AirVenture in Oshkosh on Tuesday, July 21.
This special gathering is an invitation for amputees, limb-different individuals, children, families, caregivers, therapists, and allies to spend a fun aviation day together.
Jessica Cox, the first licensed armless airplane pilot, will be speaking at the Homebuilders Hangar at 10:00 a.m. Afterward, we’ll gather for lunch and time together as a community.
Families can also enjoy AirVenture highlights throughout the day, including KidVenture, the EAA Aviation Museum, and the afternoon airshow featuring the USAF F-22 Raptor Demo Team and the TITAN Aerobatic Team. Kids are free this year, making it a great opportunity for families to experience aviation together.
For Rightfooted, this day is about more than airplanes. It is about mentorship, independence, connection, and helping limb-different kids and families see what is possible in a place where they belong.
Please RSVP so we can share lunch details and day-of updates.
