Join us for monthly maritime themed adventures designed for families with children ages 0-6.About this Event
Set your little sailors on a Great Lakes adventure! Join us on Thursday, November 20th at 11:00 am for a change of the season! Create Leaf Rubbings, Guide Birds South for the Winter, and Dock your Boat ahead of the Freeze!
Who: Children 0‑6 with a parent or caregiver (older siblings welcome)What: Art, ecology, and maritime fun!
Cost: Registration is free. Museum admission still applies upon arrival. Free for NMGL members and Museums for All participants.Capacity: 20 children. Reserve early!
Activities include:
1. Leaf Art Table
- Crayon leaf rubbings
2. Bird Migration Station
- Match bird pictures: “Stay or Fly Away?”
- Ohio Birds
- International Birds
- Reading and/or Song
3. Winter Boat Dock
- Color your boat and pretend to “dock” the boat for the season
