Concessions Add-On Voucher (Under 21)

All guests under 21 are required to purchase a $5 Concessions Add-On Voucher in addition to their event ticket. The voucher may be purchased in advance with any ticket type and is redeemable for $5 toward non-alcoholic beverages and concession items. If the required $5 Concessions Add-On Voucher was not purchased in advance, it must be purchased at the venue prior to event entry.

Security Screening

For everyone's safety, all guests will undergo a security screening upon entry. This may include pat-downs, handheld metal detector wands, or portable metal detectors. We appreciate your cooperation.

Bag Policy

Permitted:

• Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags (maximum size: 12" × 6" × 12")
• Small clutch bags (maximum size: 4.5" × 6.5")

Not Permitted:

• Backpacks
• Oversized purses
• Oversized bags

Cashless Payments

The Rink Studios is a cashless venue. All major credit cards, debit cards, and contactless (Tap Pay) payments are accepted at the bar and concession stand.

Alcohol & Smoking

Alcohol is available for purchase to guests 21 and over with a valid government-issued ID.

Smoking Area: Access to The Rink Studios smoking area is restricted to guests 21 years of age or older. This policy complies with California tobacco laws and the conditions of our entertainment permit. Guests under 21 are not permitted in the designated smoking area.

No Re-Entry

For the safety of our guests and to assist with crowd flow, re-entry is not permitted once you leave the venue. Please make sure you have everything you need before entering.

Parking

Street parking and public parking lots are available nearby.

Do not park in private lots, especially the lot directly behind the building. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed.
