About the Festival
Get ready for an unforgettable weekend escape filled with electrifying live music, incredible food, outdoor adventure, and the simple joy of camping — all included in your ticket.
We’ve struck gold with our location: Cerne Abbas Brewery, nestled deep in the rolling chalk hills of the beautiful Cerne Valley. Whether you’re a seasoned festival-goer or pitching a tent for the very first time, this family-friendly celebration is packed with magic for all ages. Come and let your inner wild child roam free.
With just 500 guests in total (adults and kids), this is an intimate, laid-back gathering beneath the South Coast stars. Think switching off, pitching up, dancing barefoot, sharing stories, and soaking up the atmosphere from Friday right through to Sunday night.
The Music
Expect a seriously good soundtrack all weekend long. From some of the best DJs on the South Coast spinning 90s bangers and beatbox funk, to spoken-word poetry and groove-heavy 70s funk, the music is as varied as it is vibrant.
Friday and Saturday nights are made for dancing — from The Smiths tribute band to Aretha Franklin–inspired soul, incredible live bands, feel-good energy, and moments you’ll still be talking about long after the tents come down.
On Sunday, the pace softens. Kids’ school-disco vibes give way to yoga sessions, gong baths, and drum circles, all set against sweeping countryside views — the perfect way to wind down, reconnect, and recharge.
Food & Drink
Set among the chalky hills of the Cerne Valley, the Brewery is no ordinary festival bar. This is the original home of British brewing, with roots stretching back over a thousand years.
Brewing began here in 987, founded by Æthelmær the Stout and Benedictine monks. It has survived Viking raids, royal upheaval, and centuries of history — and now it’s fuelling one very special weekend.
Expect real ale brewed on site, alongside a mouth-watering lineup of local meats, vegan delights, and classic festival favourites. Whether you’re refuelling after a day of dancing or settling in for a cosy evening by your tent, there’s something delicious waiting for you.
Activities
There’s loads to dive into, whatever your age. This is a playground for all generations, built around play, creativity, connection, and good times.
Get hands-on with bushcraft sessions, jump into family games, cheer on the talent show, and keep the kids buzzing with dedicated activities. Balance it all out with wellbeing experiences like yoga and sound baths, or wander through stalls hosted by eclectic local traders offering everything from clothing and crafts to unique handmade treasures.
Come curious. Leave inspired. And probably already planning next year.
