Lightworx Coastal Reset: Paddleboarding, Sandbar Yoga & Sound Healing

Join us in beautiful Bonita Springs for a 2-hour guided coastal experience designed to help you reset physically, mentally, and emotionally every Saturday.

We begin on the water, paddling at an easy, relaxed pace through calm coastal surroundings and quiet mangroves. As you move, you will be guided to slow down, breathe deeper, and settle into the rhythm of the water and the natural world around you. This is not just a tour. It is a chance to unplug and come back to yourself.

At the Hickory Pass sandbar, you will be guided through a gentle yoga flow on the sand, followed by a calming sound healing and breathwork session designed to help you fully unwind and reset your nervous system.

Afterward, there is time to explore, collect shells, connect with others, or simply take in the stillness before we make our way back with a short and easy paddle.

This experience is designed to leave you feeling clear, present, and recharged.

Paddleboards are the primary experience, but kayaks are available upon request for those who prefer a more stable option.
