Lights of Love service and light switch-on event.
Join us for our annual Lights of Love Service, a special opportunity to remember and celebrate the life of someone you love.
This year, our two Lights of Love services will be held at Worcester Cathedral on Friday, 20 November, at 2:30pm and 7pm.
The 7pm evening service will be followed by the Lights of Love tree switch-on at St Andrew's Spire at 8pm, a moving moment as our tree is illuminated in memory of loved ones.
After the switch-on, attendees are invited to join us for tea and coffee at Heart of Worcestershire College from 8:15pm to 9pm, offering an opportunity to come together and share in remembrance with others.
The services and lighting of the Lights of Love tree are open to all and are free to attend; you do not need to confirm your attendance at either of the services or the switch-on event.
As part of Lights of Love, you can dedicate a light in memory of your loved one. By making a donation and dedicating a light, you will celebrate someone special while helping St Richard’s Hospice provide expert care and support to patients, families and loved ones across Worcestershire.
You can make a online dedication at strichards.org.uk/lights-of-love
Massive thank you to our sponsor Fisher German.
Kindly supported by: Worcester Cathedral, RGS, King's Hawford, Worcester Salvation Army Band, Heart of Worcestershre College, Worcester News, Leigh Sinton Farm and Nurseries, Worcester City Council, Black Pear Electrical and Giglight.
