Join us at the Rondo Theatre on Sunday 9 November for our Annual General Meeting, a lighting workshop, and a social!
Annual General Meeting (AGM)
At 4pm we will begin our Annual General Meeting where we will reflect on the company's activity from the past year, and share our plans for 2026 (so come along for those exclusive announcements!).
We will also be electing our new committee chair. This is also a great opportunity to join the committee if you are interested.
Lighting Workshop
Once our AGM business is concluded, RTC committee member and lighting extraordinaire Alex Latham will lead a two-hour introduction to lighting workshop covering everything from design basics to plotting and tech.
Workshop attendees will hear about the basics of lighting design, the different lantern types and how to focus them (including a practical activity, an introduction to plotting using the Rondo's lighting desk, and the chance to run a mock mini tech run.
The workshop will include lifting, carrying and use of ladders so we recommend wearing comfortable clothes and sensible shoes.

Social
After the workshop is completed (we expect this to be at around 7pm) there will be a chance to chat and socialise - please bring along some snacks to share and something to drink (we may also adjourn to the pub down the road!)
