Summer is the peak of Yang energy in the year. The extra heat and light encourages us to be more active and social. Our day of gently paced activity will help us to restore the balance to avoid irritablity and restlessness; finding inner harmony with seasonal qigong, relaxing breathwork and focussed meditationThe venue is the historic Barley Village Hall, on the lush, green banks of Pendle Water, in a beautiful wood panelled room with a view of nature, at the foot of Pendle Hill.

You can make a £25 deposit with £40 due by 1st May 2026

Booking terms - payments are not transferable or refundable unless we can resell your place. If we can resell your place, an £8 cancellation fee will apply to the refund. Deposits are not refundable.
Parking is across the road in the village car park and costs £3 per day.
We will contact you by email a week before the event to confirm details, give you directions to the venue and any relevant information to facilitate and improve your experience.
